Welcome to my garden!... This past spring I started germinating seeds in the kitchen and attic so I could start a garden in the backyard. Because this is my first year gardening (and I'm unsure how I want to design my backyard garden), I choose to start a "container garden" for this year's season. Alaska Pea and Burpeeana Early Pea...

On the left, Burpeeana Early Pea; on the right, Alaska Pea...
Both types were germinated in early June. I created the chicken wire dome to support the weight of the poles and the plants when they get heavier.
This Burpeeana Early Pea plant got damaged during transplant. The stem was completely split, but somehow it seems to be doing okay now.
